Return And Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. Returns or exchange is not accepted whatsoever. However, if goods are damaged during transit, ayedosgroup.com, an exchange will be provided.

Refund Policy - the basics

All returns, due to damage on transit, must be postmarked within 4 days of the purchase delivery. All returned items must be unused and with all original labels.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at cs@ayedosgroup.com to obtain a return form and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving a RMA number,] place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase and call the courier company on the return form provided by customer service.

Return shipping charges will be paid by us.

Refunds

​After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process exchange.  Please allow at least 4 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
